Frequently Asked Questions
Like all fresh food products without preservatives the products have a limited shelf life. Refrigeration will extend the time you will have for your dogs to enjoy the treats. Please read the package when you get it as we will provide information about cooking dates, best by dates and any special instruction as they differ by products. How many treats should I expect in my pack? The treats are sold by weight so this will depend on the size of your order. An average cookie weighs a little less then 1oz there will be 16 to 20 treats per pound Place your order based on how often you treat you dog. Since you may want the freshest treats an order that is too large may not be right for you. The annual cookie of the month subscription is our best value. How do I make a custom order? Please email our customer service for special orders and pricing. We will get back to you with in 1-2 working days. Is there a minimum order? No we do not require a minimum order. Furthermore we have flat rate shipping no matter the size of your order. How long will it take for my dog’s treats to get to me? Most orders will ship out within 3 working days, we will use 2 day Priority Shipping of the US postal service. So you should expect the order in 5-6 working days. Shipping time may very due to holidays and other high volume events. If your order is over 5 lb we will email you an estimated shipment date. What is the return / cancellation policy? We will refund you for any un-opened treats that you ship back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping. If you cancel a subscription you will be charged prorated for the portion of the subscription shipped out to you and an additional $10 cancellation fee. For example if you cancel a 1 year 8 oz ($124.00) subscription after 2 months you will get a refund of $93.33. You will be charged 2 months at $10.33 per month + $10.00 cancellation fees. How secure is my credit card transaction? Your entire credit card transaction is processed through the industry leader in online payments: Pay Pal®. Thus, your payments will be processed through the most updated security protocols as available on Pay Pal®. How is my personal information used? The K9 Beggary LLC collects your information, such as phone number, fax number, address and email address, so that we may mail your orders and to keep you informed of new products. We respect your privacy. We DO NOT give, sell, rent or otherwise make available personally identifiable customer information to any outside companies for marketing purposes. We may share your information with related companies or contracted agents to help coordinate the delivery of products and services we provide to you.
